The organization conducts various training programs for teachers, Qur'anic recitation course and Khathunnaskh course. The Welfare Committee has various departments for the welfare of teachers. In addition to providing housing, girls' marriages, wells, house repairing, sickness, danger, and childbirth, all homeless teachers are provided with special housing scheme. The organization publishes Sunnath magazine for family and teachers and Kusumam magazine for children.

• The missionary wing is functioning under the group for Da-wa purposes. Sunni Bala Samgam works under the missionary wing to enhance the students ability.
• All the exams except the general exam are being conducted by SJM.
• Periodic examinations are being conducted in all the sessions of General, Boarding and English Medium by producing Question Papers.
• It also conducts examinations, evaluation and issuance of certificates for the training courses of teachers such as Training, Khathunnaskh and Hizb.
